LineList is a guided toolkit for reviewing, cleaning, analyzing, mapping, and visualizing line-list data. Built for field epidemiologists who need answers, not code.
No sign-up. No installation. Your data never leave your browser.
From messy spreadsheet to publication-ready figures, without leaving the page.
Bring in data with worksheet selection and smart date-format handling, or paste straight from a spreadsheet.
Data-quality checks, line-list editing, derived variables, and a full edit history you can audit and export.
Build epi curves with stratification, annotations, and incubation-period overlays in a few clicks.
Spot maps, area (choropleth) maps, and freehand sketch maps for transmission scenarios and field settings.
Descriptive stats, frequency tables, cross-tabulations, and 2×2 analysis with the measures epidemiologists expect.
A publication-oriented gallery (bar, dot, forest, slope, waffle and more) with clean image exports.
Synthetic outbreak datasets and embedded, step-by-step tutorials to learn each tool as you go.
Export a whole project to a single file and import it on another device. A simple, cloud-free backup.
Configurable number and date formats plus accessibility controls for diverse teams and settings.
A guided workflow that mirrors how an investigation actually unfolds.
Load your CSV or Excel line list, or start from a built-in training dataset to explore first.
Run quality checks, fix records, derive variables, then compute curves, tables, and 2×2 measures.
Map cases, build publication-ready charts, and export figures and a portable project file.
LineList assumes epidemiological judgment, not programming skill.
Imported datasets are processed locally and saved only in your browser's storage. LineList does not upload your data to an application server or offer cloud dataset storage. Map tiles and other externally hosted resources generate normal network requests.
Do not import protected health information or direct identifiers. De-identify datasets and follow your organization's policies before use.
Open the toolkit in your browser. No account, nothing to install.
